Once you have placed your order, the magic begins!

First, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your parcel has been shipped and is on its way! This email may be followed by emails from our shipping subsidiaries, who will notify you as the parcel moves closer and closer to its destination.

Please note: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. If there is any sort of issue and we cannot fulfil, we will notify you.

Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Please refer to ourΒ Shipping page for further clarification.

Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box in Australia only.

Each product page will have an individual size chart featured under the sizing tab to help you work out what size will be the best fit for you. Please ensure to check your fit carefully before you place your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you require further information, please view our

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Saber Active. If your item is faulty (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.

Please email our customer service team (Sales@saberactive.com.au) so we can help get you on your way as quickly as possible, please include the following info in your email:

β€’ Photos that clearly show the fault

Sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. Usually this is out of our hands, but we will do everything we can to speed up the process.
If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please email us at Sales@saberactive.com.au, and we will launch an enquiry and hopefully get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Please note: Saber Active is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Saber Active is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.
